Our menu is short and uncluttered with a focus on quality ingredients which have been sourced from the best suppliers and are simply prepared and presented. We grow as much as possible in our extensive vegetable gardens and orchards and support local growers who share our ideals about good produce. Changed every 4 to 6 weeks, our menu reflects the seasons and utilizes the best ingredients at their peak.
