Riverstone Cancellation Policy

 

This cancellation policy applies to group bookings of 20 guests or more, including tours, at Riverstone Kitchen. Due to the operational requirements of large group bookings, including staffing, food preparation, and the potential loss of alternative bookings, cancellation fees may apply if a booking is cancelled or significantly reduced at short notice.

 

Cancellation Fees

The following fees may apply based on the number of days’ notice provided prior to the scheduled reservation date:

 

  • Within 24 hours of reservation: 100% of the estimated booking value

  • 2–3 days prior to reservation: 75% of the estimated booking value

  • 3–5 days prior to reservation: 50% of the estimated booking value

  • 5–7 days prior to reservation: 25% of the estimated booking value

 

A significant reduction in guest numbers may be treated as a partial cancellation and charged accordingly.

Assessment of Charges

  • Riverstone Kitchen will contact the booking organiser prior to applying any cancellation charges.

  • Each cancellation or reduction will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Cancellation fees will only be applied where deemed reasonable and necessary to cover loss of earnings.
